      Tender roasted chicken with garden peas, diced onions, celery and carrots in a rosemary cream sauce. Topped with puff pastry and wood-fired to a perfect golden brown.

      Two Maryland-style blue crab cakes topped with lemon thyme beurre sauce. Served with baked potato and asparagus.

      A pound of fried popcorn shrimp, served with hushpuppies, french fries, and coleslaw.

      Fresh halibut poached in white wine and pan seared. Served atop truffle and garlic mashed potatoes with sautéed spinach. Finished with a touch of lemon buerre blanc sauce.

      Beer battered cod served with french fries, coleslaw and malt vinegar.

      Deconstructed sushi. Pan seared Sashimi-grade yellow fin tuna, encrusted with white and black sesame seeds then drizzled with ginger sesame teriyaki sauce. Served atop a bed of seaweed salad and forbidden black or jasmine rice. (We recommend cooked rare or medium rare).

      Hand-cut New York Strip, pan seared and covered in carrot, onion, and cracked pepper bourbon sauce. Served with baked potato and vegetable medley.

    • Wood-Fired Salmon

      Wood-fired salmon filet over roasted cream corn, and sautéed green beans. Topped with onion and tomato chutney.

    • BBQ Pork Ribs

      Short ribs, dry rubbed, slow cooked, and wood-fired. Have them dry or wet with homemade BBQ sauce. Served with baked potato and cole slaw.
