      Eastern NC pork BBQ and coleslaw tucked in an egg roll; fried and accompanied with our kick’n cider sauce.

      Sashimi-grade yellow fin tuna coated in sesame seeds, served on a Caesar salad with grape tomatoes. Served with sesame ginger dressing.

      Blackened steak strips, tomatoes, candied walnuts, goat cheese, caramelized onions and mushrooms plated upon mixed baby greens.  Served with apple cider vinaigrette.

      Spinach with sliced red onions, hard boiled eggs, and bacon. Served with hot bacon dressing.

      Blackened chicken, black beans, corn, shredded cheddar cheese, avocado, pico de gallo, and crispy corn tortilla strips atop a bed of romaine lettuce.  Served with Chipotle ranch dressing.

      House aged filet wrapped in bacon and cooked to perfection. Served with chef’s choice of vegetables and roasted red potatoes. Crested with your choice of caramelized onions and mushrooms or merlot wine sauce.

    • Wood-Fired Salmon *

      Wood-fired salmon filet over roasted cream corn and sautéed green beans. Crowned with onion and tomato chutney.

    • BBQ Pork Ribs

      Short ribs, dry rubbed, slow cooked, and wood-fired.  Have them dry or wet with our homemade BBQ sauce. Served with french fries and coleslaw.

      Half chicken, brined with lemon and fresh herbs. Roasted in our wood-fired oven atop garlic mashed potatoes and green beans. Completed with thyme lemon beurre blanc.

      All natural pork tenderloin medallions wrapped in bacon.  Served atop garlic mashed potatoes with braised brussel sprouts then finished with a balsamic fig sauce.

      NC style BBQ pulled pork, ham, Swiss cheese, and thinly sliced dill pickle with a three mustard blend sauce. Assembled on a homemade hoagie.
